About Pilgrims Lodge 5008

Pilgrims lodge no 5008 is an active and friendly lodge within the province of west kent. The province of west kent is govened by the united grand lodge of england.

Pilgrims lodge was founded in 1928 by a group of friendly and diverse people, from all walks of life, coming together with the aim of helping those who were less fortunate.

Freemasonry, for many of its members, is a very enjoyable hobby.

Pilgrims lodge meet formally on six occasions throughout the season. Our meetings are held at wrotham masonic centre on the first monday in october, november, december, february, march, and april.

Enjoyable social events

From fundraising activities, such as dinners, galas, concerts, auctions, raffles.

In addition to these formal meetings various social events are organised with the view of meeting friends, acquaintances together with family members with the view of having fun and enjoy each other’s company.

A short history

The Pilgrims’ Lodge No. 5008 in the register of the Grand Lodge of England came into existence at the Ceremony of Consecration on Friday 4th May 1928.

Whilst the history of the Lodge began on that day, the story of the Lodge precedes that date.
